– Upon delivery, please inspect your package for visible damage before accepting it. If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery. If you accept a damaged package, please note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

While we make every effort to deliver within estimated timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by:

– Customs clearance procedures
– Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
– Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

11. Lost or Stolen Packages

– If your tracking information indicates a package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. If it cannot be located, contact your local post office or carrier depot with the tracking number.

12. In-Store Pickup

This service is not currently offered. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center.

13. Changes to Orders & Address Changes

– Please review your order carefully before submission. We are unable to modify an order (items, address, etc.) once it has entered the processing stage.
